Paul was an excellent choice for us. He was very busy so we had to wait to get on his schedule. It was worth the wait. He does one job at a time and had our master bathroom finished in 10 days, demo to completely finished. He arranges everything from plumbing to the electrician. We referred him to our son where he did complete bathroom renovations on 2 bathrooms while they were on vacation. We are all extremely satisfied with his work. Paul Watson is fabulous! He is a talented professional who does his work seamlessly. My main bathroom and kitchen had 1970’s 4” square tile that had to come out. Paul installed our kitchen backsplash and did an amazing job! We were impressed from the get go. All calls were returned promptly and the two days he was here he was not a minute past scheduled arrival time. The job was completed according to plan and was executed in a professional manner. Paul is fastidious in work quality and cleanliness. Nothing for us to wipe up after he finished. Paul is very gregarious and honest. How often have you ever had a business charge less than the quote? Paul had excellent communication skills . He always answered my questions in a very timely manner. He takes great pride in his work, and works to make u thrilled, not just happy. He shows up exactly when he says that he will arrive, and takes great pains to cover up all spaces that might be impacted by the work. His cleanup was excellent . His demo was fast and efficient, and he took away all of the debris. His tile work was superb and he has every type of tool to make sure his work is totally symetrical and perfect. On top of everything, Paul was a very easy guy to have around. He has a delightful disposition and you can tell that he loves the work that he's doing. I don't think I can be the easiest person to work for. I see details that others don't and I'm very picky about the end product. He satisfied all of my expectations and for that I am very grateful. We needed to update the flooring in our home, and that included a fair amount of tile work. A main bath, living room, dining room and kitchen.
